The system assigns scores to each email address based on three components: - Engagement (max 40 points): recency, frequency of interactions - Value (max 40 points): conversions, revenue, purchase ROI - Quality (max 20 points): list memberships, other quality indicators The dashboard displays comprehensive subscriber profiles including lists they're on, revenue generated over time, purchase history, and ROI per purchase. Current approach involves iterative process: review together → discuss and record → AI processes → review output → repeat. Last iteration completed Friday with significant new additions. Currently in review phase Monday, compiling list of bugs and display issues (e.g., media buy progression metrics D0/D1/D7 showing blank results when clicked). Next: Document all features (backend functionality + frontend components), current project status, and provide summary to align team on priorities.

Fix Hub 1.0 Suppression System

Fix the suppression functionality in Hub 1.0 that is currently unreliable. This involves: 1. Fixing the suppression logic itself to work reliably 2. Cleaning up all suppression-related files (removing backups and consolidating duplicates) 3. Consolidating all suppression-related systems spread throughout Hub 1.0 into one coherent system 4. Identifying all the different places suppression logic exists and bringing them together The suppression feature is critical but the current implementation is fragmented and doesn't work correctly.

Identifying all duplicate/backup files (e.g., file.php, file.bak.php, file_old.php, etc.) 3. Removing duplicates/backups so there's only one canonical version of each file 4. Establishing a rule/process moving forward that no duplicate files should exist The codebase has multiple versions of the same file, making it confusing and error-prone.
