Hub 1.0 File Cleanup & Standardization
Establish and enforce "ONE clean file at a time" rule across Hub 1.0 codebase. This involves: 1. Auditing all files in Hub 1.0 2. Identifying all duplicate/backup files (e.g., file.php, file.bak.php, file_old.php, etc.) 3. Removing duplicates/backups so there's only one canonical version of each file 4. Establishing a rule/process moving forward that no duplicate files should exist The codebase has multiple versions of the same file, making it confusing and error-prone.
