Context: - Stuck at $165k for multiple years, including after taking on the head tech guy's role with no bump. - Personal finances are tighter than I'm comfortable with. - I'm about to spearhead Hub 1.0 → Hub 2.0 — a full move to a maintainable modern code base. That's the leverage. - Pattern to fight: I avoid asking for things, prefer staying invisible, don't want to bother people. JARVIS knows and will keep me honest.
