QuickBooks ↔ Darwin account manual matching tool for Anthony

Build a simple UI for Anthony (accountant) to manually match QuickBooks accounts to Darwin accounts. ~1 hour of focused work, roughly 2 SHIM focus sessions. Owner: Kevin (doing this himself, not delegating). Originally tracked as DAR-379 — moved here per the new rule that Darwin tasks live in SHIM, not Paperclip.
